Since it's the week of Christmas...
I wanted to share some quick, easy and inexpensive ideas for gifts.
Today's gift is an oldie but a goodie.
Hot Chocolate!
Now..I know there are hot chocolate recipes.
Pam from Party Starters - posted a FAB one.
I definitely considered making it all from scratch.
BUT I already had a few boxes of Swiss Miss in the pantry.
(I picked them up when they were bogo at our grocery store)
I used 'prezel bags' that I picked up from Joanns
(I wanted the cone shaped bags but I improvised) and began filling them.
One pack of hot chocolate mix..a teaspoon or so of mini chocolate chips
and a small handful of mini marshmallows.
I added a candy cane
a chocolate peppermint dipped pretzel
(I melted some chocolate chips and crushed a few candy canes..then dipped)
and a handful of kisses...to an inexpensive glass mug
(I've seen mugs at Dollar Tree and Walmart)
Finish it with a cute tag (I used this one from The Celebration Shoppe).
I think this is a sweet gift..especially now that it's cold here in Florida.
*I also love that you can make 1 or 20 of these..they are super simple*

What kind of marshmellows did you use??? They almost look like they are toasted?
Love this idea!
