This is one of my all-time favorite Halloween projects....ghost lollipops.
Not only are they super easy, they are super cute.
They are perfect for a whole class of kids or a handful of co-workers.
You can make them super fancy or super simple.
This year, I made 2 different types. Alien/monster and ghost.
here's what I used
{white napkins, black napkins, monster faces (found in Germ-X ad in magazine - cut with 1" punch) and ribbon. Not pictured..black sharpie}
How cute are these?
If I were making these again...I may switch it up.
Maybe orange napkin w/green ribbon & draw a pumpkin face.
Maybe green napkin w/black ribbon & draw a Frankenstein face.
Maybe black napkin w/yellow ribbon & draw a cat face.
So many possibilities especially if you can draw more than a smiley face :)
These are such an easy but totally adorable idea! How fun that you punched the monster faces out of an ad - so clever! I thought for sure that they were stickers. I think I'm going to whip some of these up for my daughter who is a lollipop lover!
ReplyDeleteSuch a classic treat! I like how you put a twist on it with the monster faces. Found you @ Skip to My Lou
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute. My bus driver used to give these out as Halloween treats! If I never saw this post I would have forgotten. Thanks for resurfacing this adorable idea! Of course my bus driver wasn't that creative.... the alien/monster ones are a gret take on this! (as are you other ideas!) LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteYou found those cute monster faces in an ad?! You are too clever! Adorable!
ReplyDeletethanks ladies...and yes, I found them in one of my many magazines (a Germ-X ad, I think). The little monster/alien faces were the perfect size to punch out :)
