treat (for you) Thursday

A few days ago, Sarah (a sweet facebook fan) asked
if I had come across any snowman tags/toppers.
I've seen lots of other cute holiday themed tags but no snowmen.
(at least not only snowmen)
She needed them to be 'holiday' themed but not Christmas specific.
I love a challenge...so I made some myself.
Little did I know that Sarah needed 90 of them!!
That's right, 90!  Enough for her daughter's entire grade at school.

She posted this picture on Facebook to show me
(I really wanted to see how she was going to use them).

They turned out so cute.  I should say..Sarah is pretty crafty!!

I couldn't be happier! I want to share them with you too!
Sarah said they print a tad oblong...
but if you're using a circle punch it won't matter
(they'll come out round).

Of course, you could use these for pretty much anything...
one idea is to make 'Snowman Soup'

There are several variations but my fave is this:
1 individual pack hot chocolate mix
(or enough scoops of mix to make a cup)
2 Hershey's chocolate kisses (eyes)
4 chocolate chips (mouth)
5-10 mini-marshmallows
1 small candy cane or cinnamon stick

Put all items in a small ziploc baggie (or any other clear bag that seals).
Thread a cute ribbon through the snowman tag & tie it on.
Be sure to include instructions... "add hot water and enjoy:)
It makes a cute (inexpensive) gift.
*Add a clear glass mug and it makes a great Teacher Gift*

Here's the link to download your own snowmen.
If you use them, please share a pic (you can post it to my Facebook page).
I would love to see!
