Cereal Box Challenge

Have you heard of Children's Party Network?  It's a great community (started by some pretty great gals) for people who love all things party.

One of the first events I got involved in is the
East Coast/West Coast New Year's Eve Party Tablescape challenge.
(see the purple button on my sidebar?  You know my team)
Check out the site for all the details.  The best part is that the table decor will be auctioned off & all the proceeds will go to project night night.

Now I'm throwing my box in the ring for the 1st ever 'craft challenge'.
Cereal Box

Here is the official mission:
to create something creative, fabulous and child birthday/party related incorporating a cereal box as a craft material.

My idea is super simple.
2 empty boxes (or however many you need) and an exacto knife.

I call it a 'keep your eyes off my fries' box.
My children HATE when the other one even looks at the other one's food.
This is my solution :)

These are great alternatives for trays.
They would be great you're having an picnic party/camping party.
And super cool for breakfast after a sleepover party.
I think they are pretty cute and it solved the problem
of having someone trying to look at food that is not theirs.
(silly kids)

Does this remind anyone else of Battleship?

Check out the CPN for the other entries in the challenge.  There are some GREAT ideas!

OMG! What a funny but GREAT idea! My kids are the same way. They can't reach over and grab something from the other ones plate, much less LOOK! Great job!

This is a fab idea! I'm thinking this would be handy for snacks on long car trips! (Might just contain the crumbs a bit!)... and Yes... You sunk my battleship!
