after seeing Kelli's post at Random Thoughts of a SUPERMOM - I put jello on my grocery list. I thought the kids would have a great time 'making' their own dessert.
I let them pick out the flavors (grape and raspberry).
I followed the directions on the box...poured the jello into a 9x13pan.
It looked perfect...until I realized our cookie cutters were too short for the jello
(or my jello was too deep for our cookie cutters).
Either way, I improvised and cut out a big square for each of the kids.
Not really what I had in mind.
Oh well...the kids liked cutting shapes (or making a jello mess) plus it tasted great!!

I saw this on another blog yesterday and thought I should do it with my kids. Now I have to try it.
Oh, so cute!! I know my girls would love this, but thinking of all the leftover Jello makes me want to yack a bit. ;)
