wallflower plug-ins (recycled)

I love Bath and Body Works.  I'm a BIG fan!!
I always have a stock of Wallflower plug-ins.
In case you're looking to buy me a birthday gift..
Vanilla Coconut is my fave!
Anyhoo...every time I replace them,
I have good intentions of saving the empties.
I kept thinking there was something I could do with them.
They have the look of old school Christmas lights - DING!

Here's what I used :

I used pliers to yank out the wick.  I washed the inside and let dry.

I squirted in paint, shook the refill to coat the inside, poured out the excess.
*I also used superglue to make sure the lid doesn't come off.

Looks like a Christmas tree light, right??
Must remember this for next year.
Add a few other colors (blue, green, yellow), maybe paint the cap silver.
Place them in greenery on the mantle??

But...until then,

They make great tops for the kids to spin.

I have a few more empties left.
I can make some more red ones & add in a few pink ones...
I've got some cute (dirt cheap) Valentine's favors!!

Don't forget...
my "BiRThdAy WeEK GivEaWay ExTRaVaGanZa"
begins next Monday.
I have 6 Suh-weet Sponsors so that means 6 days worth of FAB goodies!!
Don't worry, I'll continue to remind you :)

I love this!

I did the same thing but painted mine on the outside with silver glitter paint and added a bow and then hung them on the tree.

I just love the containers and think that they are too cute to waste.
