Happy 4th of July (and a flashback)

While I'm still busy working on our Red, White and Q cookout today....

I thought I'd share the EATS we had at our Old Fashion 4th from last year.

There was no shortage of food at our cook-out

 We had the standard hot dogs, baked beans etc...

but my favorite part is always the sweets!

 here is the 'beverage' station (it was all inside since the weather was icky)..

 fruit kabobs made by my mom 

(with some of the best strawberries, blueberries and blackberries I've tasted)
yep..those are star shaped marshmallows..cuz that's how I roll :)

 firecracker cookies

white chocolate covered pretzels

 all together now...with an apple pie

(I got all the place cards from Hostess with the Mostess too)

There were lots of leftover goodies...we'll be celebrating the 4th until the 8th :)
